At Atkinson Candy Co., we take pride in the quality of our confections; however, due to the perishable nature of food products, we can only accept returns for items that arrive damaged or defective. Please inspect your sweet treats upon arrival and contact us within 48 hours if there is an issue with your order.

    Email our support team within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and a brief explanation of the concern regarding your candy.

    Provide Photo Documentation

    Attach clear photographs of the damaged product and the shipping packaging to help our quality control team assess the situation.

    Evaluation and Approval

    Our team will review your request and notify you via email if a replacement or refund is approved based on the condition of the goods.

  • 4.
    Resolution Processing

    Once approved, we will either ship out a fresh batch of your favorite sweets or issue a credit to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
